Description:
LYLCA-T1 automatic drainage and monitoring system is widely applicable for automatic control of drainage and measurement of gas-field water in gas well site and gas-liquid separator (including H2S and Cl-) in gas gathering station. With such system, local automation level of gas well site/station can be improved, thus avoiding improper drainage or back flow of gas-liquid separator caused by manual misoperation, preventing large loss of gas resource, environmental pollution and artificial safety accident, truly playing a role in improving company's economical benefits and reducing labor intensity of operators. Such System is compact in structure, providing operation stability and reliability, and convenience for site installation and maintenance.
Features and Functions
1. Simple in structure, convenient in operation.
2. Display liquid level visually and continuously.
3. It is convenient to set the upper and lower limit and the maximum and minimum height of liquid level control on the man-machine interface.
4. Record draining times and displacement automatically.
5. Explosion protection.

Applicable medium: condensate containing Cl- and gas-field water containing H2S (H2S+CO2<8%)
Medium Pressure: PN1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.3, 10.0, 16.0MPa
Medium density: PN≤6.3MPa ρ≥0.6g/cm3
PN≥10.0MPa ρ≥0.7g/cm3
Medium temperature: -40~200°C
Ambient temperature:-35~50°C
Center distance between flanges on both sides of level gauge: 500, 800, 1000mm (or longer)
Nominal diameter of flange: DN20, DN25 (JB/T83-94, JB/T84-94). Pressure is rated pressure of separator. Flange center distance of level gauge is determined by users according to requirements.
Air supply: 0.25~0.50MPa purified or unpurified natural gas or air.
